Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- We, the elected officers of the ATDA NS Integrated System Committee, lead a Labor Organization and hold responsibility for representing our members and ensuring Norfolk Southern Corporation executes our collective bargaining agreement efficiently and without prejudice. We intercede on behalf of our members to interpret work rules and conditions and negotiate for improvements to wages, health and welfare benefits, and working conditions during pre-determined windows and when our agreement allows. As a Labor Union, we have no service or goods to sell. We depend entirely on dues receipts from our members and new member initiation fees to sustain our operating costs. As Treasurer, I have a contractual and fiduciary obligation to represent our union and membership to the best of my ability, file all required reports on time, and maintain all the finances encompassing our operation through monthly dues.
