- $6.7 million spent. In the Indiana program, Real Alternatives acts as the statewide administrator for the Indiana Pregnancy and Parenting Support Services Program funded by the Indiana State Department of Health(IDOH). During the fiscal year of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, state and U.S. TANF block grant funds were used on a fee for service basis to provide nonjudgmental, free, caring and confidential pregnancy and parenting support and education to women during pregnancy and 24 months after the birth of their baby. These services occurred during 48,949 visits by 17,722 clients who were in unexpected pregnancies or needed parenting support.
- $94,872 spent. When Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro did not renew the PA Pregnancy and Parenting Support Services Program, Real Alternatives began a Privately-Funded PA Program to empower women with pregnancy and parenting support. The start-up of this privately-funded PA program began in January 2024 following a fundraising campaign. The various start-up and continuing costs of this program include advocacy and educational materials, program administrative costs to pick-up where the government-funded program stopped, and most importantly, a highly successful advertising campaign to reach the women abandoned and alone. This campaign successfully enabled these women to find their closest pregnancy support center or maternity home.
- $67,060 spent. Real Alternatives, with private corporation funds, continues to educate and consult with other states interested in starting government-funded pregnancy and parenting support programs in their state. Real Alternatives continues to run prevention programs and provide health education that promotes chastity as the best way to prevent unexpected pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.
- Expenses: $2958.00 including grants of: $0.00 Revenue: $0.00
