Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $15,573 spent. Continued to work with new landlord to promote the Metro Park facility as an economic development asset in the Rochester, NY area for energy-related R&D, system integration, and commercialization. Using assets to form the basis of a not-for-profit financing solution, which is being planned to support projects in schools, churches, low-income housing and similar facilities.
  2. $3,663 spent. Supported engineering study of Metro Park site for a proposed a hybrid geothermal HVAC upgrade, including multi-source heat pumps and thermal energy storage.
  3. $2,271 spent. Member and board participation in the Ammonia Energy Association, a group which is supporting the use of ammonia as a carbon-free energy carrier made from natural gas, coal, or other inputs. Ammonia stores and handles like propane, and is an attractive future energy carrier, particular for remote areas without access to pipeline natural gas or grid electricity. This can be very attractive for remote areas, such as areas of Alaska, where fly-in diesel fuel is the current fuel source for local electric power generation.
