Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. Bullard Kids' Park and Public Exercise Area, is a City of Bullard maintained children's park that has been added onto multiple times; we are currently working on raising funds for a special needs addition. Over time several additions were added by the Club, such as more playground equipment, fencing, paving, covered picnic tables, and an exercise area. The City of Bullard provides park maintenance. The City also purchases mulch, and the club provides the labor to spread it. It is estimated that 50 to 75 individuals use the park areas daily.
  2. Thanksgiving meals for the less fortunate in the Bullard area, approximately 70 to 80 meals are given out and delivered.
  3. Various other smaller projects such as the Scouts, Education Foundation, Gold Star Families, and High School youth recognition for academic and leadership achievement. These activities benefit 100 or more per year.
