Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- Camp Cone was formed in 1934 when the land was donated to be held by First United Methodist Corvallis for BSA Troop 2, who they sponsored. Friends of Camp Cone was formed when the Church decided the liability was too great and passed the property off. In 2023 Camp Cone was primarily used by BSA Troop 2 and Troop 3 for camping and BSA activities. Approximately 35 days in 2024, including 5 WEBLO recruiting days and 15 overnight camping for approximately 14 scouts per day and 4 recruiting days with approximately 14 kids. In the recent past it was used for First United church day use. It is currently offered to any youth or church organization of Benton County. Discussions are ongoing with the Benton County ARC to expand usage to the developmental disabled of Benton County.
