Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Christian Programs, General/Other: Conciliation and Coaching Activities - Provided conflict coaching and dispute resolution in three formerly opened cases and seventeen new cases (totaling 20) where individuals and businesses, which were involved in disputes and legal actions, were provided with Biblically based conflict coaching and mediation services. Approximately 10% of our time directly providing services was provided pro-bono, and we gave sliding scale discounts totaling $1,328. In addition, individuals were served through telephone or e-mail coaching contacts. We received the value of $3,758 in donated services for these programs (62 Individuals).
  2. $11,771 spent. We spent significant time developing a new framework for serving people in need of strengthening or restoring relationships in a program entitled Something's Got to Change. Also, we are working to develop new regional training offerings that promote resolving conflict and efforts at reconciliation at the earliest possible stage. (54Individuals)
