  1. $620,725 spent. Koohi Goth Women Hospital (KGWH) was established in 2005 partnering with Atia Zafar Foundation. Koohi Goth Hospital (KGH) has offered unique services to women and children not only to the surrounding areas but all over Karachi and Pakistan . They provide extensive education on a rare condition called fistula, or excessive vaginal leakage of urine and stool due to childbirth. Even more staggering are the statistics. Roughly 100,000 women experience this condition worldwide! Women who incurred onset of fistula (among other gynecological issues) are being treated surgically. KGH is one of the few hospitals in Pakistan, which has expertise on Obstetrics and Gynecological issues. As such, this is a safe haven for women in the area. Mostly Money spent on Patient care ( Both Inpatient and out- patient) and running of School of Midwifery. Money is monitored by Board of KGWH and finances are recorded and oversight done by Certified Chartered Accountant firm.
