Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (5)
  1. $92,700 spent. Education: In 2025, we granted (cash) scholarships to 1250 needy students around Thua Thien Hue province and donated blankets, raincoats, notebooks, rice, and stationery to students in mountainous villages. We also support monthly living expenses for 55 destitute students in the province.
  2. $52,100 spent. Disater Relief: The consecutive heavy rains that caused flooding in late October 2025 in Central Vietnam left widespread devastation. In November 2025, we delivered gift packages to 1,300 families in flood-affected villages in Hue, formerly Thua Thin Hue province. Each family received a gift package valued at 40 USD, including cash (20 USD).
  3. $39,500 spent. Heathcare: We served 860 patients, primarily those affected by poor nutrition and poverty, through examinations, treatments, and medication dispensing. In addition to medications, each patient received a USD 40 gift package containing cash, rice, milk, instant noodles, a blanket, soap, seasoning powder, and canned food.
  4. $47,900 spent. See Schedule O
  5. 1. Self-Empowerment Program: The Sewing program empowers many women and human trafficked survivors to achieve sustainable outcomes and improve their working-life quality, health, and quality of life. We purchased products (blankets, warm jackets, recycled rice bags) made by the people in the TCF SEP program and gave them to needy people in the remote communities in Central Vietnam. Amount paid: 12,000 2. Winter Relief/Vietnamese New Year: In February 2025, while many families were preparing food to feast on their ancestors and family members for the TET season, many still struggled to work for daily food and make ends meet. One week before TET, the TCF team members delivered support to 260 low-income families in remote villages of Thua Thien Hue province, each family received a gift pack valued at 40 USD. Amount Paid: 12,700 USD 3. Adult Literacy classes (ALC): The Adult Literacy classes are operated for women from at-risk areas of human trafficking crime, the impoverished fishing villages of Central Vietnam. The women can now read and write, and new women join the classes yearly. The ALC helps the women follow up with their childrens schoolwork and adopt more preventive health measures, like immunization, virus awareness, and human trafficking awareness, as well as become more independent and engaged within their communities. Literacy is one of the essential tools in keeping communities safe and healthy. Each class is operated for ten months in a year. Total cost = 6,500 USD 4. Orphanage centers: Support the Center for the Ailing Orphan. We provide 3 months of food (including rice and daily food) to the poor and homeless elderly in the Dieu Vien, a private Senior ailing center The Un Dam Orphanage. We donate 30 scholarships to children at the Un Dam, a private orphanage run by Buddhist nuns, in 2025. Total amount paid for the orphanage and elderly Center = 8,500 USD
