THE DAILY ACTIVITIES OF TCWP ARE CARRIED OUT BY THE WATERSHED COORDINATOR WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE BOARD. THE STATE-ENDORSED TINKER'S CREEK WATERSHED ACTION PLAN (WAP) GUIDES TCWP IN THEIR EFFORTS TO PROTECT AND RESTORE THE WATERSHED AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC.
