  1. $257,978 spent. Four Star Leadership with General Tommy Franks is a world-class leadership program. The program selects only 70 of the top high school leaders from a highly selective application process. Since its inception in 2008, Four Star Leadership has hosted nearly 1000 students from 49 states as well as 61 international students and awarded over $275,000 in scholarships. The students are challenged with practical leadership and ethical scenarios, given the opportunity to meet with National and International leaders from an array of disciplines. The program is completely free to every selected student, removing any financial burden students and their families may face. With each year of new alumni, we add to our mentor network that proudly assists students as counselors during the program, and the bond continues as they work together to further develop leadership skills after leaving the program in Oklahoma.
