Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- $802,483 spent. We organized an outreach campaign over the two-year period to garner the required support to renew our Business Improvement Districts funding for another ten-year term. New retail and restaurant businesses opened, and several new residential developments were announced. We consistently promoted Downtown Arlington and positively affected the overall perceptions about the downtown area, serving the economic interests of the city and its citizens. We expanded our social media presence, leveraged the use of our updated website with more businesses, and built strong funding support for the new Doggie Depot project. We launched a new First Thursdays monthly event to promote and expand the Arlington Cultural District. We launched a new Arlington Ambassadors program, expanding our beautification and security efforts with these uniformed, trained Ambassadors. In 2025, this program was further expanded to add homeless outreach services.
