IN 2025, ALC REGISTERED 318 PLAYERS (188 GIRLS AND 130 BOYS) FROM OVER 240 FAMILIES REPRESENTING OVER 20 DIFFERENT SCHOOLS FOR OUR SPRING SEASON. APPROXIMATELY 2 FEE WAIVERS ($225 EACH) WERE AWARDED. FOR THE 2024 FALL CLINIC ALC REGISTERED 99 PLAYERS (43 GIRLS AND 56 BOYS) AND APPROXIMATELY 3 FEE WAIVERS ($125 EACH) WERE AWARDED. PLAYER LOANER EQUIPMENT WAS DISTRIBUTED TO APPROXIMATELY 25 FAMILIES. ALC ALSO SERVES OUR COMMUNITY BY SPONSORING THE LOCAL MIDDLE SCHOOLS WITH LACROSSE EQUIPMENT SO THAT THEY CAN RUN AN INTRAMURAL PROGRAM. ALC ALSO SUPPORTS RECREATION FOR SPECIAL NEEDS ATHLETES IN THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA. ALC SUPPORTS THE LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND BY PROVIDING TWO SCHOLARSHIPS (ONE FOR A BOY AND ONE FOR A GIRL) WITH THE PREFERENCE BEING THAT THE SCHOLARSHIP BE AWARDED TO ANY FORMER ALC PLAYER GOING TO COLLEGE.
