Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (4)
- Membership and member relations: host functions to meet and recruit potential members; host meetings of members to discuss important faculty issues and solicit input for collective bargaining efforts.
- Communications: Communicate with members, host speakers on relevant topics, sponsor public radio ads and programs dedicated to fairness in labor law and practices. This benefits all Florida State University faculty and citizens in the area.
- Activism: planning advocacy-related strategies and activities on behalf of current members and to increase our membership among Florida State University faculty.
- Bargaining: Conduct labor contract bargaining sessions with Florida State University representatives on an ongoing basis. All Florida State University faculty benefit from these negotiations, whether members or non-members.
