Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $138,230 spent. We provided 5 plays to the community serving a total of 4552 patrons. We received four grants one from the SCFD Scientific and Cultural Facilities District one from Indigo Oak and one to help with one of the shows - Blues for an Alabama Sky to help with program costs. We also received a grant from the SCFD for work on diversity.
- $7,562 spent. We did 5 Industry Nights one for each of the 5 plays and donated the proceeds to Denver Actors Fund
- $355 spent. We have a "launch" party to showcase the 2025-26 season scheduled for September 12th. Actors will do scenes from each of the shows. We will serve drinks and light appetizers. We covered the expenses of the event but we expect that folks will donated to the event as they did last year. We are expecting several hundred to attend
