Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
- $1,000 spent. The Erie Neighborhood Growth Partnership supports community development initiatives through grant-funded programs and financial assistance activities. In prior efforts, the organization supported the City of Erie's "Love Your Block" initiative, which facilitated neighborhood improvements including trash removal, porch repairs, painting, and landscaping. During the current year, ENGP received funding for a Blighted Accessory Structure Remediation program that will be implemented in future periods to demolish small, blighted accessory structures in the community. The ENGP also awarded a $1,000 scholarship, which was paid directly to an educational institution on behalf of a recipient. The organization also facilitated the administration of Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) funds, acting as a fiscal conduit to ensure proper distribution for approved activities in accordance with program requirements.
