  2. $736,534 spent. Events and Programming:DUMBO free community events including public art, concerts, movies, and family festivals. Under an agreement with the City of New York, DUMBO is allowed to use Pearl Plaza for these events as long as the revenues raised at these events through concessions go back into maintenance of Pearl Plaza. DUMBO sub-contracts the maintenance of Pearl Plaza through agreements with DUMBO BID and the NYC Department of Transportation.
  3. $597,912 spent. Marketing Economic Development:DUMBO provides an amenity to the people who work, live, and visit DUMBO's public spaces.
