Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- Placed 167 dogs into permanent homes providing medical care behavioral support and adopter education to ensure successful transitions.
- Careful financial management allowed the organization to increase net assets by approximately 20,000 supporting long-term rescue efforts.
- Expanded and strengthened our foster home network in New York State increasing the number of approved foster homes and improving compliance with NY Agriculture & Markets regulations. Enhanced training communication and oversight of foster homes allowing the organization to care for more dogs safely and efficiently while they await adoption. This expansion directly supports long term rescue capacity and improves outcomes for dogs entering the program.
