DEDIGITAL EQUALIZER (DE) BRIDGES THE EDUCATIONAL AND DIGITAL DIVIDE BY BRINGING TECHNOLOGY TO SCHOOLS ACROSS INDIA AND BY USING IT TO TRANSFORM TEACHING AND LEARNING INTO A COLLABORATIVE, PROJECT-BASED APPROACH. IT LEVERAGES TECHNOLOGY TO EMPOWER UNDER-RESOURCED GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS ACROSS INDIA TO ADDRESS LEARNING GAPS, IMPROVE LEARNING OUTCOMES, AND EQUIP STUDENTS WITH STEM EDUCATION AND 21ST-CENTURY SKILLS. THROUGH INNOVATIONS SUCH AS FLIPPED CLASSROOMS, THE DE WAY OF TEACHING (DEWOT), AND THE STEM INNOVATION AND LEARNING CENTER (SILC), THE PROGRAM INTEGRATES TECHNO-PEDAGOGY AND DIGITAL CONTENT INTO THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS ACROSS GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS WHILE BOLSTERING TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS' CAPACITIES.

PUBLIC HEALTH:DESIGNED TO REDUCE MATERNAL AND CHILD MORTALITY IN RURAL, IMPOVERISHED AREAS, THE MATERNAL AND NEWBORN SURVIVAL INITIATIVE (MANSI) LEVERAGES A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP MODEL TO PROVIDE THE RESOURCES AND SUPPORT NEEDED TO EMPOWER LOCAL COMMUNITIES TO CARE FOR THEIR MOTHERS AND CHILDREN WHILE STRENGTHENING THE LOCAL HEALTH SYSTEM. MANSI PROVIDES PREVENTATIVE AND CURATIVE CARE FOR BOTH MOTHERS AND NEWBORNS, ALL THE WAY FROM THE INDIVIDUAL HOUSEHOLD TO GOVERNMENT HEALTH FACILITIES TO ENSURE NEW MOTHERS AND INFANTS HAVE THE CARE THEY NEED TO PREPARE FOR, SURVIVE, AND THRIVE DURING AND AFTER PREGNANCY.AIF'S INTEGRATED PROGRAM, SNEH ADDRESSES THE PROBLEM OF MALNUTRITION AND WORKS TO INCREASE SCHOOL READINESS FOR CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS. THE SAHELI INTEGRATED PROGRAM EMPOWERS ADOLESCENTS BY TACKLING CHALLENGES AT THE INTERSECTION OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND LIVELIHOODS.

BANYAN IMPACT FELLOWSHIP:AIF'S BANYAN FELLOWSHIP NURTURES THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS COMMITTED TO IMPACTFUL CHANGE, WHILE STRENGTHENING THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE WORLD'S TWO LARGEST DEMOCRACIES - THE U.S. AND INDIA.THE BANYAN FELLOWSHIP FOR SERVICE IN INDIA IS AN IMMERSIVE, 10-MONTH VOLUNTEER SERVICE PROGRAM MATCHING YOUNG PROFESSIONALS IN THE U.S. WITH INDIAN DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS. FELLOWS WORK ON SCALABLE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN THE FIELDS OF EDUCATION, LIVELIHOODS, AND PUBLIC HEALTH.
