  1. $105.6 million spent. CLIENT SERVICES:TNTP WORKS AT EVERY LEVEL OF THE PUBLIC EDUCATION SYSTEM TO ATTRACT AND TRAIN TALENTED TEACHERS AND SCHOOL LEADERS, ENSURE RIGOROUS AND ENGAGING CLASSROOMS, AND CREATE ENVIRONMENTS THAT PRIORITIZE GREAT TEACHING AND ACCELERATE STUDENT LEARNING. SEE SCHEDULE O FOR FURTHER DETAIL ON TNTP'S FISCAL YEAR 2025 PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2025, TNTP WAS WORKING TOWARD ESTABLISHING A BASELINE FOR THE UPCOMING STRATEGIC PLAN THAT SETS THE ORGANIZATION UP TO IMPACT ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL MOBILITY FOR STUDENTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. THIS YEAR, WE FOCUSED ON EXPANDING ACCESS TO OPPORTUNITY AND INSPIRING A COMMUNITY-AND NATIONALLY-BASED AGENDA FOCUSED ON RESEARCH-BASED MOBILITY FACTORS, PARTICULARLY ACCELERATING LEARNING FOR ALL STUDENTS. SPECIFICALLY, WE'VE EXPANDED OUR REACH ACROSS FACTORS OF MOBILITY, INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACADEMICS. THIS YEAR, THROUGH OUR WORK SUPPORTING SCHOOLS, SCHOOL SYSTEMS, AND STATE EDUCATION AGENCIES, WE WORKED TO ENSURE THAT ALL STUDENTS HAD ACCESS TO GRADE-LEVEL CONTENT, THE SUPPORTS THEY NEED TO MASTER THAT CONTENT, AND EFFECTIVE, SKILLED EDUCATORS AND TEACHERS TO SUPPORT THAT LEARNING. AS A RESULT OF OUR WORK IN THE FIELD, WE MEANINGFULLY INCREASED STUDENTS' ACCESS TO CLASSROOM-LEVEL RESOURCES THAT WE KNOW SET THEM UP FOR ACADEMIC SUCCESS. IN COMMUNITIES WHERE WE WORKED, MORE THAN ONE MILLION STUDENTS HAD INCREASED ACCESS TO GRADE-APPROPRIATE ASSIGNMENTS; APPROXIMATELY 2.8 MILLION STUDENTS HAD INCREASED ACCESS TO STRONG INSTRUCTION; AND NEARLY 167,000 HAD INCREASED ACCESS TO TEACHERS WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS. ADDITIONALLY, SIX MILLION STUDENTS DEMONSTRATED IMPROVED ACADEMIC OUTCOMES (BASED ON STATE TESTING DATA) IN SITES WHERE TNTP WORKED. WE CONTINUED TO LEVERAGE OUR RESEARCH, POLICY, AND ADVOCACY WORK THAT ALL STUDENTS HAVE ACCESS TO GRADE-LEVEL CONTENT AND THE SUPPORTS THEY NEED TO MASTER IT. WE RELEASED TWO MAJOR RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS THAT REPRESENTED A REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE LINKED TO THE ENVIRONMENTS THAT HELP TEACHERS THRIVE AND KEY INSIGHTS INTO HOW SCHOOLS CAN INTEGRATE TIER 2 SUPPORTS INTO TIER 1 INSTRUCTION FOR REAL TIME ACCELERATION.
  2. $4.5 million spent. RESEARCH, POLICY AND ADVOCACY:TNTP'S PUBLICATIONS SHARE WHAT WE ARE LEARNING IN SCHOOLS AND DISTRICTS NATIONWIDE. AS WE WORK ALONGSIDE TEACHERS AND LEADERS EACH DAY, WE IDENTIFY COMMON CHALLENGES, SEEK OUT TRENDS, CRAFT DATA DRIVEN NARRATIVES AND SHARE PROMISING SOLUTIONS.
