Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
- We are wrapping up our campaign to raise funds toward a land purchase of 53 acres. We committed to pay for 50% of the cost, and the funds will be conveyed in early 2026. The land will be held and managed by the Rondout Esopus Land Trust. The land is pristine forest on the Shawangunk Ridge, adjacent to other lands that are in process of being protected from development. The Ridge includes Minnewaska State Park, which receives hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. Additionally, we contributed $3500 to the Shawangunk Conglomerate LTD to assist with closing costs for a 108 acre conservation easement.
