We collect a monthly fee from our clients for our services. We assist them with managing their monthly income and function as a liaison between the individual and their creditors. Also we connect them with other providers and resources that are available in the area which they live. KC Financial ran smoothly during 2025 with staff being available Monday - Friday. Several clients have stopped by to pick up forms work out needed issues and or just to say hello during business hours. KC Financial was given a direct contact person at the Social Security Administration for the half of the year which was really help to us. However as federal workers were required to go back to work things were restructured and we were left without a contact person. We started the year with 318 clients and ended with 312.
