Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $475,584 spent. Athletics - The SDUHSD is the lowest funded high school district in California. Consequently, their total funding for athletics is limited to fewer than one coach per team. All other expense including additional coaches, uniforms, supplies, officials, and transportation are funded through the CCA Foundation.
  2. $100,738 spent. Academics - As the lowest funded high school district in California, each annual department budget for academics is less than $10,000. The supplemental funding by the CCA Foundation is critical to provide everything from basic classroom needs to a full array of enrichment resources for students.
  3. $215,393 spent. Envision - CCA provides a robus arts program called envision. Envision includes a seven-discipline for credit conservatory program. Funding from the school district for envision is very limited. The CCA Foundation provides funding for all the arts at CCA. These include vocal music, instrumental music, theater, cinema, humanities, dance, and visual arts.
