  1. $147,483 spent. The internship and apprenticeship programs teach regenerative farming, conservation and sustainability, and Italian food traditions, history and culture through a mix of hands-on work and educational programming. 24 interns participated in the internship program in 2024. Our apprenticeship programs hosted 9 butcher apprentices and 2 culinary apprentices.
  2. $327,805 spent. The educational program provides 1-3 week programs for students and adults focused on topics related to Italian culture and history, food and agriculture, sustainability, fine arts and music, and wellness. Approximately 375 people participated in educational programs in 2024.
