Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $95,240 spent. The Gilead Community Development Program Services is to establish and maintain tenant/landlord relations, providing insight for housing at an affordable rate. Providing resource strategies to assist those who perhaps have limited knowledge as to how to become self-sufficient. In addition, continuous building collaborations with local agencies engaging citizens within the community, who often would not receive information or eligibility due to various socio-economic barriers. The GCDC, in collaboration with other local partners, encourages tenants to pursue good fiscal stewardship to obtain their goals of desiring home ownership. Lastly, maintain a special focus on keeping families together who might otherwise find themselves homeless, jeopardizing a decent quality of life.
